Catherine Berney joined Mannaz in 2013 as a Client Director. She started out in life as a commercial lawyer, with a first degree in law before qualifying as a solicitor. It was her fascination with what distinguished her more successful clients that led to her later requalifying as an organisational psychologist and she has a MSc. (distinction) from the University of Hertfordshire. She is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and certified to use many approved psychometric tests, including MBTI, 16PF, OPP, Belbin, Firo B and Situational Leadership. Catherine has over 20 years’ experience facilitating the learning and development of organisations, individuals and groups across all business sectors as well as internationally. During this time, she has developed collaborative relationships with many other providers such as Cranfield School of Management where she is a Visiting Fellow.
Catherine is the author of ‘The Enlightened Organization’, an executive toolkit designed to help professionals navigate their way successfully through these changing times.
Catherine is Irish and lives in London with her husband and two children.
